About me
I am Virginia, mom of a daughter and a son. I come from Italy, I am married to an Argentinian and we live with our dog and our chickens in the Austrian countryside. One of the topics close to my heart is the mindful and attachment-oriented support of our children and I am very happy to be able to accompany other families in relaxed nights and everyday family life.
I know from my own experience how challenging the topic of sleep with babies and toddlers can be. Through my own experiences and the many ups and downs of nights with my children, I have developed a great passion for the topic of children's sleep.
This journey has led me to work intensively on bonding and needs-oriented sleep. Today, as a certified consultant for holistic baby and child sleep, I advise and support families in finding a gentle and loving path to more rest and more restful nights - without pressure, without rigid methods, but individually tailored to each child.
